Through Yoga and Reiki, I offer pathways back to this essential integration. These ancient practices work with your body's innate wisdom, releasing tension, restoring flow, and creating the space for you to return to yourself. Whether through mindful movement and breath or the gentle power of energy healing, both modalities invite you to slow down, feel, and reconnect with the grounded, centered presence that lives within you.
Yoga
Yoga is my daily anchor - a practice that brings me back to myself in the present moment, helping me feel and manage my energy with clarity and calm. I trained as a Level 1 practitioner with Yoga New Vision in Bali. Yoga extends far beyond physical exercise. It's a holistic practice that unites body, breath, and mind, creating space for genuine self-connection and inner stillness.
This practice has taught me that true transformation begins when we slow down enough to feel what's happening within us. Whether you're seeking to release tension, quiet a busy mind, or reconnect with your body's innate wisdom, yoga offers a pathway back to your essential self—the version of you that exists beneath the overwhelm and the doing.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese alternative healing technique that involves the transfer of energy through the practitioner's hands to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The word "Reiki" is derived from two Japanese words: "rei," meaning universal, and "ki," meaning life energy or vital force.
The practice is based on the idea that there is a universal life energy that flows through all living things. When this energy is low or blocked, it can lead to physical or emotional imbalances or even illness. Reiki is a gentle, effective and relaxing therapy to help you work through energy and emotional blocks.
