The Body knows what the mind is still trying to understand.

So much of what we carry stress, unexpressed emotion, patterns of tension lives not in our thoughts but in our bodies. Yoga and Reiki offer two distinct but complementary pathways back to the body's innate wisdom, helping you release what you're holding and restore the connection between physical presence and inner calm.

Yoga and Reiki work at the body layer of the journey inward. While coaching and mindfulness work primarily with the mind, these practices work with what the body is holding. For many people this is the missing piece - the place where intellectual insight finally lands, becomes felt, and starts to create real change. From here, some continue deeper into Level 3, where transformative therapy addresses the root patterns that neither mind nor body work alone can fully reach.

Yoga

Yoga is my daily anchor, a practice that brings me back to myself, helps me feel and manage my energy, and creates the inner stillness from which clear thinking and authentic action become possible.

I trained as a Level 1 practitioner with Yoga New Vision in Bali. My approach is not performance-based or focused on achieving poses. It is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and listen to what the body is communicating and to use that awareness as a pathway to genuine self-connection.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or returning to it after a period away, sessions are adapted to where you are. We work with breath, movement and awareness to release tension, quiet the nervous system and restore a sense of grounded presence.

Sessions are available one-to-one, in person or online.

Reiki

When life's demands accumulate, they leave their mark in the body, in our energy, in the invisible weight we carry into every room we enter.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice based on the principle that a universal life force flows through all living things. When that energy becomes blocked or depleted through stress, emotional difficulty or physical illness it can show up as fatigue, anxiety, disconnection or a persistent sense that something is off.

As a Reiki Master Practitioner trained in Tera Mai Reiki, I work with you to gently restore flow and balance to your energy system. Sessions are deeply relaxing and non-invasive. You remain fully clothed throughout. And many clients report a profound sense of calm, clarity and renewed energy following a session.

Reiki works well alongside other practices such as coaching, meditation or therapy, and is particularly effective during periods of significant change, stress or transition.

Sessions are available one-to-one in person and usually last 45 min.
