Meditation & Mindfullness
WORK WITH ME
The ability to pause is a leadership skill.
In a world that rewards constant doing, the capacity to stop, notice and reconnect is increasingly rare and increasingly powerful. Meditation and mindfulness are not about emptying the mind. They are about learning to work with it with greater clarity, calm and intention.
For leaders and high-achievers, this is not a retreat from performance. It is the foundation of it.
Meditation and Mindfulness takes a step deeper into the terrain of the mind, breath and inner practice. Many people arrive here after beginning with executive coaching, finding that awareness alone isn't enough. They want to build a genuine practice that sustains them. Others arrive here first, instinctively knowing that the mind is where they need to start. From here, the journey can continue deeper into body-based work through yoga and Reiki, or into transformative therapy that addresses the root patterns beneath the surface.
LEVEL 2 Connect & Reconnect
My Approach
I am a certified Osho Active Meditation Facilitator — a methodology that is particularly powerful for people who find it difficult to simply sit still.
Unlike traditional silent meditation, Osho Active Meditations use movement, breath, sound and stillness in sequence, allowing the body to release accumulated tension and suppressed emotions before settling into a deeper inner quiet. This makes them especially effective for busy minds, stressed nervous systems and people carrying a lot.
I offer one-to-one sessions, small group programmes and corporate wellbeing workshops. Each tailored to where you are and what you need.
What Meditation Can Support
Reducing stress and anxiety
Improving focus, clarity and decision-making
Building emotional resilience and regulation
Releasing accumulated tension held in the body
Developing a more grounded, present leadership presence
Creating space between stimulus and response
What a Session Looks Like
We begin by exploring what's present for you, what you're carrying, what you're seeking, what feels alive or stuck. From there I guide you through a practice suited to your current state, whether that's an active movement-based meditation, a breath-centred session, or a more receptive, inward practice. Sessions can be in person or online
She has managed, almost single-handedly, to get many of the group excited about the topic (Mindfulness)
“Rasa is very enthusiastic when it comes to mindfulness, inner peace and personal balance. Her enthusiasm is not immediately noticeable - after all, it is a consequence of her hobby that she always goes through life balanced and poised. In our IESE GEMBA she has managed, almost single-handedly, to get many of the group excited about the topic.”
