Meditation offers a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional benefits. I am a trained Osho Active Meditations facilitator whose methodology is to enable us to consciously express, experience, and release repressed feelings and emotions and to bring the body back to a relaxed harmony – and then the journey inwards can begin.
I offer both one to one meditation sessions as well as group sessions and issue specific programs for corporate wellness.
