I spent more than a decade leading global transformation programs—optimizing billion‑dollar portfolios, driving operational excellence, and building high‑performing teams. From the outside, I had the career and success I thought I wanted. But inside, I was running on empty.

That turning point led me to India and into a deeper exploration of meditation, therapy and somatic work. What began as a search for balance became a journey of transformation—redefining how I understood leadership, purpose, well‑being and impact.

Today, that chapter isn’t separate from my corporate path. I bring together two worlds: the discipline of enterprise transformation and the depth of mindfulness‑based coaching. I work with leaders and organisations ready to evolve from performance‑driven to purpose‑aligned cultures, helping them lead with clarity, authenticity, and sustainable impact.
